四、开设课程
长期致力于食品工程高新技术、食品与发酵工程、食品安全因子识别控制工程技术教学与科研工作,先后承担本科生“食品安全控制技术”“食品工厂设计”“食品科学与工程导论”等课程,其中“食品工厂设计”课程为校级精品课程。同时,为博士研究生和硕士研究生讲授“食品科学博士研究生Seminar”“食品科学与工程研究进展”“食品工程新技术”“食品科学研究方向专题”等课程。
目前已培养博士研究生12名,其中外国留学生1名;硕士研究生100余名。现有博士后5名,在读博士研究生 20名,硕士研究生18名。
