段翔,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2015年1月毕业于江南大学食品学院,获工学博士学位。2015年1月至今就职于西北农林科技大学bet36365。主要研究方向:(1)食品组分与物性;(2)蛋品营养及绿色加工。承担本科生“食品营养学”等课程讲授。以第一作者在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Food Chemistry》等SCI期刊发表论文8篇,累计影响因子30。主持国家自然科学基金(青年项目)与中国博士后面上项目(一等资助)。2015年10月荣获中国畜产品加工研究会颁发的“第二届中国蛋品加工业杰出青年”荣誉称号。
